Boys and Girls, don't try this at home

Alan's been practicing his balancing skills with Macey...he did this with no net or ropes!
These are the practice pictures
This one is hilarious (and really the whole reason for the post)...I was trying to get Macey to look at me and Alan started to drop her. Yes folks that face expression was not posed!

Falls here!!!

I just love the Fall...especially in Yakima. This last weekend we went to a friends orchard and picked apples. This was both Macey and Alan's first experience with picking apples. They loved it. Were going to make a whole bunch of apple sauce, and probably a few apple pies, and of course just eat some of the apples we picked. I can't wait for the apple cider, that's my all time favorite!

Elder Blair is home!

My brother Todd got back from his mission to Lima Peru on Wednesday. We were so excited to have him home. On our white board we had a "Count down till Todd's home". He lost a lot of weight, but looked so happy and good, and full of excitement. We were all so happy to see him. Two years is a long time!

He bought Macey a cute little snow hat that she looks adorable in as long as she keeps it on!

Happy Birthday Alan

Alan turned 27 on the 26th of September. He got a Costco card, hair clippers, a sweater, Cinnamon Rolls, an apple pie, money, admission into the Central Washington State Fair and an Elephant ear (kind of like a scone for those who don't know) from his wife, and family. I'm so grateful to be married to such a wonderful man!

Our little "Walker"

So about a month ago, maybe more, we bought Macey this little walker. Smartest thing we've ever done...OK in regards to buying something for Macey. She absolutely loves it! She can travel around and go where she wants to go. She's pretty speedy too. Her favorite thing to do is chase the dog around the house. Taddy (the dog) has discovered where she can go to be close to us, but where Macey can't get her.

Alan...the "Bread Winner"

Well here's Alan, all dressed up for his first day of work! Actually, he's going on two weeks now, I'm just slow at posting. This second week has been a lot better then the first. Now that he's done with the corporate trainings, he's starting to learn and work more in the things he'll be doing. Macey and I miss having him around all the time...but of course we're happy he has a job! We had a great, low responsibility vacation while it lasted!
